Terms & Conditions JDR Bet — Your Rights & Responsibilities as a Member

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JDR Bet platform, accessible via our official website. They take effect from the date you register an account or first use any JDR Bet service.

By using the jdr bet platform, you hereby confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using our platform immediately and contact our support team at support@jdrbet.im to close your account.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the JDR Bet platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident in Malaysia.
• Never previously banned from using the JDR Bet platform.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or as a third-party agent.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at jdr bet at any one time. Registering a second or multiple accounts under the same individual — even using a different name, email, or phone number — is strictly prohibited. jdr bet reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold balances if this violation is detected.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. JDR Bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad, passport, or other supporting documents) at any time for account verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within 14 days may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Deposits & Payment Methods

JDR Bet accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Online Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks

Deposit limits are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Daily Maximum Deposit: RM 50,000 (subject to your e-wallet or bank limit)

All deposits are credited to your JDR Bet account instantly upon payment confirmation. JDR Bet does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

04 Withdrawal of Winnings

Jdr bet members are entitled to withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 per request
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: RM 100,000
• E-Wallet Processing Time: Within 5 minutes (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay)
• Bank Processing Time: 1–3 working days (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks)

Winnings may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. JDR Bet does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement will be automatically rejected.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, jdr bet may require full identity verification (KYC), including a copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of ownership of your bank account or e-wallet. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Jdr bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every member is entitled to receive Welcome Bonus once only, upon first registration.
• The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount within 14 calendar days.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only net winnings after the rollover requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• JDR Bet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to circumvent the rollover requirements.
• Playing slots contributes 100% towards the rollover requirement; live casino games contribute 10%–50% depending on the game type.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Jdr bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedging strategies, multi-account abuse, or other fraudulent methods will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the jdr bet platform — including slots, live casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), poker, lottery, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports) and more — are operated in accordance with industry-standard regulations.

• All games use a random number generator (RNG) certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game can be viewed on that game's information page.
• Any bet that has been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, jdr bet will refund the wagered amount to the player's account based on a review of system records.
• JDR Bet reserves the right to void any game or wager suspected of involving fraud, abuse, or exploitation of system bugs.

07 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JDR Bet account login credentials, including your username and password. JDR Bet recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact JDR Bet support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

JDR Bet shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

08 Account Closure & Restriction

Jdr bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any attempt to exploit the system.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Attempting to initiate a chargeback on a legitimate deposit.
• Requests from relevant authorities under Malaysian law.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the JDR Bet support team via live chat or email at support@jdrbet.im. In the case of a self-exclusion or self-requested account closure, any remaining balance will be returned once all active bonus rollover requirements have been met or cancelled.

09 Responsible Gambling

JDR Bet is committed to promoting responsible and safe gaming. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming experience:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a defined period.
• Session Limit: Limit the duration of each gaming session.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Put your account on a break for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with protection against re-registration.

10 Liability Limits

JDR Bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Game outcomes not in your favour — all games are random and fair.
• Losses resulting from shared login credentials or unauthorised account access.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect platform accessibility.
• Processing delays caused by the bank or e-wallet provider.

In all circumstances, JDR Bet's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise relating to the jdr bet platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1: Contact the jdr bet support team via live chat or email at support@jdrbet.im with full details of your dispute.
• Step 2: Our team will investigate and respond within 48 working hours.
• Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may request a review by JDR Bet's senior management.
• Step 4: As a final step, disputes may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body.

During the investigation process, all relevant transaction records and gaming session logs will be retained and made available as evidence. jdr bet is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.

12 Terms Amendment

JDR Bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For changes that are material or significant, we will:

• Sending a notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Displaying a prominent notice on the platform's homepage.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the JDR Bet platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
